Susan's son, Holden Goryl, began working with her in 2022 as a project manager, assisting investor clients with rehabbing homes. In 2023, he earned his Missouri real estate license and began working as a Buyer's Agent.

Holden’s role is multi-faceted, thanks to his versatility and know-how. He serves as a Listing Coordinator and a Buyer’s Agent. He also oversees transaction coordination for the team, and assists with managing renovation projects for various seller and investor clients. In his free time, you’ll find him hiking, biking or at the gym.
While growing her business, Susan has invested in ongoing education to enhance services. In addition to obtaining her broker's license, she has been recognized as a Fine Homes & Estates Specialist and a Commercial Specialist with Century 21. She has earned professional designations as a Certified Real Estate Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Accredited Buyers Representative through the National Association of Realtors. The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers.
